Board Leadership Training Certificate SERIES
Lunchtime Webinar Series Throughout October
BOARD MEMBERS (and those just thinking about becoming active in your Board) CAI WNY - in coordination with CAI National – is happy to announce our Board Leader Certification Course Series.
NEVER has it been more important to have informed, prepared, and proactive leaders at the forefront of our communities. To answer that call, we are offering this series of lectures in conjunction with CAI National to provide you with training and support your community needs.
Five Lunchtime Webinar Presentations (*These will be recorded and provided to the registrants – in case you miss one or more – so you can review at your convenience.
Participation in the webinar presentation will allow the opportunity to ask questions.)
· Module 1: Governing Documents and Roles & Responsibilities (October 11 at 12:30)
· Module 2: Communications, Meetings and Volunteerism (October 13 at 12:30)
· Module 3: Fundamentals of Financial Management (October 18 at 12:30)
· Module 4: Professional Advisors and Service Providers (October 20 at 12:30)
- Module 5: Association Rules and Conflict Resolution (October 25 at 12:30)
