CED Message

New leadership, new programs for a new year! from the desk of Frank Lysiak This winter issue of Community Association Connection reflects our chapter’s transi- tion to the 2014 calendar year. Last year ended with two well-attended – and enjoy- able – events that took place in Rochester and Buffalo. President’s Message

Thank you All! -Ronald S. Schubert, Esq. CAI-WNY President, 2012/2013   This message marks the conclusion of my two- year tenure as CAI-WNY president – truly “time does fly” – which has been a whirlwind of activity for our chapter. The majority of our peers in the other 59 chapters serve for one year and quickly move on to other areas of service. I have both enjoyed and benefitted from my association with CAI-WNY and will be continuing to serve the chapter in the future. I’ll be joining 2014 board members Steve Grimaldi, CIRMS; Jean Kough, CMCA, AMS; Mike Harmon, CMCA, AMS; and Don […]

In recognition of these outstanding and supportive members, the board of directors has decided to recognize members, starting on the fifth anniversary of their membership and continuing benchmark anniversaries, at year-end meetings in Buffalo and Rochester. For those members who were unable to attend this past year’s meetings, we will be recognizing their association, community management, or Business Partnership in 2014. You will also notice an “anniversary ribbon” on the name tags of […]
